Terms & Conditions 1angpao — Platform Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 1angpao, including the website, mobile application, services, and all content provided through them. This Agreement takes effect from the date you first access our platform.

By using the 1angpao platform, you confirm that you are of age 18 years of age and above, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited by any local or personal laws from using online entertainment services.

In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other language version (if applicable) of this document, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail for Malaysian users.

To use the 1angpao platform and enjoy all services offered, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident domiciled in Malaysia
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any 1angpao employee
• Never previously banned or permanently blocked from the 1angpao platform
• Not using the platform for professional or commercial purposes without 1angpao's written consent

1angpao reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Users who fail to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 1angpao platform at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using different identities, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per Malaysian identity card or passport
• An active and accessible email address
• A Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• A strong and unique password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access occurred beyond your control.

The 1angpao platform supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All available payment methods are legitimate and processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Accepted deposit methods at 1angpao include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (instant transfer)
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect)

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and account VIP level. Funds are processed within 30 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the method used.

All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 1angpao is not responsible for any exchange rate discrepancies or additional fees charged by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawals from your 1angpao account are subject to the following conditions, which must be met before any withdrawal request is processed:

• Account has undergone the process Identity Verification (KYC) completed in full
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method that is the same via the last deposit method used
• If a bonus is active in your account, the bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled first
• There is no active investigation into the account in question

Standard withdrawal processing times are 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallets and 30 minutes to 3 hours for FPX transfers. The daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP members.

1angpao offers members a wide variety of bonuses and promotions, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotion pages.

General terms applicable to all bonuses at 1angpao:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn
• The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 20x bonus amount
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• 1angpao reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be used for gameplay
• The maximum bet limit while a bonus is active is RM50 per round/bet

The 1angpao platform offers a wide range of game categories, including slots, baccarat, Blackjack, Live Casino, virtual sports, live matches (football, badminton, e-sports), and live Sports Betting. Each category has its own specific rules, available on the respective game pages.

The general rules applicable to all games on 1angpao are as follows:

• All game results are final as soon as the round is completed
• Any technical issues occurring during gameplay will be resolved based on our official system records
• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence, or any unauthorised assistive tools is strictly prohibited
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform constitutes a criminal offence.
• Players who display abusive, offensive or threatening behaviour during a live game session may be removed from the table without prior warning

1angpao uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) across all digital games to ensure fairness and transparency in every round.

1angpao not selling, transferring, or disclosing your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

1angpao reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, identity falsification, or illegal activity
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation strategies
• Holding multiple accounts
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff or other players

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, all balances including bonuses may be forfeited. Any unused original deposit funds will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to the decision of 1angpao's management team.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Such requests will be processed within 3 business days.

The 1angpao platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, 1angpao does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, outages, or delays.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 1angpao shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform
• Losses resulting from the user's own internet connection failure
• Disputed game results without sufficient technical evidence
• Any losses arising from third-party failures (payment providers, game providers)

1angpao's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

1angpao reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on our platform.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via email or in-app notification. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of our terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through mutually agreed arbitration proceedings.
